UPP/MHW01 silicon chip wax is a new generation product produced by Jiangsu Tianheng Nanometer Technology Co.,Ltd. This product applieds in the die attach of polishing process of semiconductor materials, and have the superiorities of strong viscosity, stable quality , easy washed, nontoxic, and environmental.

Application:

It is mainly apply in the agglutination of single polishing of silicon chip.

Employ method:

1. lay the melting wax on the surface of silicon chip

2. remove easily with our dewaxing agent.

Transportation and storage:

1. Transportation: suitable for all kinds of transportation ;

2. Stack: 3---5 level.

3. Avoid sunlight during transportation and storage .

4. Temperature:≤40°c.

5. Period of validity: 1 year, proposal use out within half year.
