Introduction

UPP/SWW01 Silicon Chip Dewaxing Agent is a new generation product produced by Jiangsu Tianheng Nanometer Technology Co., Ltd. This product applier in removing wax glutination on the furface of silicon chip during single sixe polishing,with the superiority of high removal rate,high efficiency,sound surface after washed.

Main Characteristic

This product could effectively remove the wax agglutinating on the surface of silicon chip.This product has characteristics of long life,high effiency,high consistence,low cost,nontoxic,noncombustible,and safe.

Application

Mainly apply in the removing of silicon chip wax.

Empoly method

1.The dilution ratio of Cleaning agent and deionized water(or tap water) is 1:10(i.e.100kg of water by adding 10kg cleaning agent),stirring evenly.

2.Ultrasonic at the consider of temperature:70~80 °C ,time:5~20min(according to the wax thickness)

3.Washing with deionized water(or tap water)after cleaning for two times,then drying.

Note:you could also  heat the Solution to be boiling if you like,and the result will be ok.

4.If utend plastic,pottery and porcelain,metal cleaning,advice conduct experiments.

Transportation and Storage

1.Stack:no more than 3~5 levels

2.Avoid sunlight during transportation and storage.Temperature:>0°C.Period of Validity:1 year,proposal use out within half year.
